Band AID CHALLENGE
By wearing a band-aid during the month of October (Domestic Violence Awareness Month) we aim to start the very uncomfortable conversation about domestic violence

THE CHALLENGE:
Wear a band-aid every day in October. When asked about the band-aid, engage in a conversation with them about Domestic Violence to create awareness to the epidemic.

Each year we handpick speakers equipped to empower the attendees. Past speakers include Dr. E, Brelyn Bowman, Real Talk Kim, Jessica Reedy, Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, Dr. Carolyn Leaf have graced our stage all to empower and uplift.

This conference encourages, uplifts, and helps women, men, and youth prepare to walk out their life’s healing journey with full confidence. Each year we discuss topics relevant to the community’s needs at that time.
